Noel Place Office Building

The Noel Place is an 82,000 SF, fifteen-story office building located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Originally a hotel built in 1929, the building was converted to a Class B office building with an "A" location in the 1970s. The well-maintained facility preserves many of the former hotel's attractive features - marble, dark wood, brass fixtures, and detailed plasterwork.

TRP sold the property to an unrelated third party in November 2013.
