Meet Our Principals
Joel L. Teglia
Joel L. Teglia formed TRP Investments, LLC in 2002 to create a vehicle for private investors to acquire and own office and flex industrial real estate. Before founding TRP, Mr. Teglia was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Banyan Strategic Realty Trust, a publically traded real estate investment trust. Mr. Teglia also worked for The Prime Group, Inc., a private real estate development company, and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Teglia graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Teglia is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dean J. Teglia
Dean J. Teglia worked for Accenture, a multi-billion dollar international management consulting and professional services firm, from 1983 to 2010. He was a partner for 17 years with key leadership roles that included Managing Director of Accenture’s Chicago Office and Executive Partner of Accenture’s Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing Practice.
In addition to his corporate career, Teglia has over 25 years of experience with commercial real estate through investment in both multi-family and commercial properties.
Mr. Teglia graduated from Bradley University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.
